well i was waiting for my realtior, on the other side of the street i saw this wet white dog that was running fast on the side walk.it was on a very busy street and i thought stop that dog before some hits him with a car.so frist thing in the morning i took him to the vca they scaned him i was able to find the ours who had given him to there staff and that person what it looks like sold him to another person with out the wishes of the owners.so to cut this short they asked me if herbert would like a friend and the rest is history
