Well, here I am in doggie heaven and every once in a while I look down on my family. I had to leave them a lot sooner than we all thought. I only lived on earth for 2 years.
So, it looks like they are getting another doggie. That will make two for them. He is a German Shepherd and his name is Nemo. I tried and tried to let them know here from heaven that Nemo need a better home because his owner was very busy and couldn't play with Nemo.
I used to watch him looking kinda sad and I felt sorry for him. I wished I could come down and play with him but I couldn't. So then I started thinking maybe my family could adopt Nemo like they adopted their other doggie Keeya. She was in a shelter. Nemo just lives next door and they already know him really good. Some of my pup friends here in heaven and I started a little prayer time where we pray for doggies that need good families. So I added Nemo to our list and specifically asked my Creator to have my family adopt him.
Well, it sure looks like it worked cause Nemo has been to their house a few times and they walk him and feed him now and introduced him to their other doggie, Keeya. My pup prayers are answered. I am so happy now. Some day we will all be together, but for now I can look down and see how wonderful they are treating their dogs. I know how much they love dogs cause they sure loved me. Sometimes I see that the mommy cries when she looks at my picture. I want to tell her it is ok cause I'm really happy here and I will see them again some day. It's fun here. No leashes, no fleas, no diseases, no one bites, or fights. It's great! And it's really peaceful and pretty. I'll let you know how it goes with Nemo. I'll keep praying that he adjusts to his new family.
Bye for now.

I am sorry to say that Hannah is now with her creator.
We miss her every day. She is the best dog. Her life was
short but she gave us so much.
We love you Hannah.

Boy have I been busy!
My human family moved and it's been lots of work for me, let me tell you.
First of all, it's not easy getting around the new neighborhood letting everyone know that I live here now, if ya know what I mean. I've gotta drink lots more water to be sure that I have plenty of reserve to "mark my territory." But all in all it's been fun. There are a lot more squirrels and birds here. I heard mommy say that there are lots more mosquitos too. I guess that's what living in the country is all about. At least mommy feels like it's the country. Now I know for a fact that some of my pup pals really live in the country. This place just has more grass, squirrels and birdies.
I LOVE trying to chase those squirrels up the trees, but my leash is too short or I'm sure I would get em. I don't know why I need a leash anyway. I know my way around town. I can find my way home. I heard mommy say something about a leash law, and an excessive barking law. But they don't apply to me, do they?
I think those are for those doggies who can't think quite as well as I can. And besides I DO NOT bark. I howl!!!
Anyway, I like my new house. It has stairs. So now I can run up and down and get exercise even when it's too rainy to go out and play. What a good idea it was for mommy and daddy to get a house that I could exercise in. They really, really love me.I heard them saying something about me the other day. They said something about not being able to live without me. I thought that was so sweet. They also said something about not being able to live with me either. I wonder what that means? Some other news: we used to have two cats living here. I loved chasing them and eating their food when I could get to it. But something that made my brothers and mommy and daddy very sad happened. They both went to kitty heaven. I'm not sure why they are sad, because isn't kitty heaven PARADISE.
I mean doesn't it have mice to chase and lots of catnip and stuff? Well, whatever the reason is, I know it made them sad and I'm sorry about that. I hate to see them cry cause I love mommy, daddy and my brothers. I mean we are all family and I feel what they feel. Except of course, I don't get to feel their super soft bed and super soft pillows cause I'm not allowed to sleep with them. Well, you know what they say, all good things come to those who wait. So, I'll keep waiting.....
Gotta go now. See you all soon pup pals.
Love ya,
Hannah

What's that everyone says about dogs having the life? It's lots of work being a doggie. Now that I grew up a little Mommy and Daddy got me a teacher.
I'm only 7 months. But every two weeks I have a teacher come to our house to teach me how to behave. What's to know? I'm good! I like to jump on everyone, I help eat everyone's leftovers (sometimes before it's leftover, but nobody's purrfect - except those two cats). That's another thing, why can't I grab the cats around the neck and shake em. It's fun! I do it to my teddy bears and they are alright. Just some stuffing came out of it. So, Mommy sews it up. I'm sure she can sew up the cats if their stuffing comes out.
So, back to the teacher. She's really nice, but all that hard work and thinking what I'm supposed to do, makes me really tired. Then I don't have energy to chase those cats. I guess it's not too bad really. I like my home, everybody loves me and says I'm pretty, they buy me treats, and bones, and take me on long walks, and they let me play in the snow, and they even take me in the car, but I hate the doggie seat belt. But I love the wind blowing in my face especially when I know I'm on the way to the doggie park. That's the most fun I ever have.
Well, gotta take a nap. All those new training exercises just makes me sleepy.

I guess my new family loves me so much they brought the outside inside just for me. I've got my own tree. Can you believe it?! I love to sleep under it.
It's so cozy and feels just like I'm in the forest (not that I know what the forest is, I just heard some talk when Mommy read a book to my brother about a dog being raised by wolves in the forest). It sounds exciting, but DANGERWOOFS. Those wolves sound dangerwoofs too. Speaking of wolves, all the people I meet on my walks tell Mommy and brother that I look like a white wolf. I wonder why?
I know I'm a dog for sure, even if I don't bark too much and sometimes I howl.
Well, I guess I can pretend to be anything I want now that I have my own tree to sleep under whenever I want to.
