Arrival Story:
Chloe has been with me since she was a pup - She just turned 14 last Valentine's Day. I purchased her from a breeder and fell for her immediately - I dreamed of having a Bichon for years before I found her. When Chloe was 3, she won first runner up in the Bichon Day at the Park - she wore a handmade Carmen Miranda costume that I sewed for her. The fruit hat was the funniest thing people had ever seen!
