Arrival Story:
We adopted Mac when he was 5 weeks old. He was so tiny but had a lot of spunk from the very beginning. He was diagnosed with Heart failure at age 7. Dr. Julie Maher and Dr. Brian Golden of the Village Veterinary Clinic in La Mesa kept him alive and happy for 2 years longer than the E.R. vet said was possible. He died in his sleep.

Bio:
Mac was my heart. He died on June 8, 2005, the same day his sister Squeek was born. I sometimes look into her face and say "Mac, Are you in there?"
