I had to wait 2 whole weeks until they could pick me up, it didn't feel too long for me because I was playing with my 11 brothers and sisters but my Mommy told me that she couldn't sleep until she had me in her arms.
We have so much fun, we go for walks and play and I'm learning new tricks every day. So far I've learned to sit, lie down, shake, high five, roll over and what mommy is most proud of is ringing a bell to tell her when I have to make a pee pee.
Mommy and Daddy tell me they love me everyday and give me lots of hugs and kisses. I've Been On Dogster Since:
This past weekend we went to NYC (daddy's home town). We took a long car trip all the way from Montreal. I slept most of the trip and had a lot of gas. Mommy and Daddy kept having to open up the windows to air out the car. When we finally got to Manhattan I met my granddaddy for the first time and so many people on the street came up to pet me. I was so excited, I was bouncing all around.
We took a trip to Astoria, Queens (where daddy grew up). It was supper time and I didn't like my new food and wouldn't eat. Mommy went looking for my old food that was only sold at veterinarians but the food was only sold in Canada and Mommy was so scared that I wouldn't eat all weekend. She had only 1 can of my old food. So we went to a Holistic Pet Store called Whiskers . They were so helpful, we bought Merrick's Puppy Plate and they told us to mix it with the old puppy food and some canned pumpkin (to help with my sensitive tummy/gas). I LOVE this food and can't get enough.
The same night we drove to Port Jefferson, Long Island and went camping. The next morning we woke up very early, I had my breakfast and then we went straight to the beach. We had so much fun. I learned how to swim my very first try. I'm still a little scared of the water but I didn't complain. We played all day and then had a nice BBQ and watched the sunset. The next day it started to rain so we decided to come back to Montreal.
On the way back home we stopped in Queens to pick up hero sandwiches for mommy and daddy. While I was waiting outside with mommy I met 5 New York Firemen. I couldn't believe it. They were playing with me and told me I was cute. I gave them all big hugs.
Daddy tells me that we might go back next month. It might be too cold to swim... but that's ok.
