Sunday was really cool.
Mom, dad and us started building the chicken coop! Mom and dad had some tools and carved rectangular holes into the wood. Awkward. But dad said that we won't use nails or screws, so we had to prepare the wood accordingly. Well, ok.
Jojo and I supervised the whole thing, because they really needed supervising. They were really busy and at some point one of the side structures was prepared and seems stable.
Here are a few pictures:
Then later we all got in the car to head into the city. During our walk we walked by a place where they showed a play by the name "Westside Story". All the cast from the stage were outside signing things for their fans and took pictures with them. That was really nice.. That day was the last show for SF. We watched the crowd for a little bit and then moved on to the Union Square to say hi to the pretty Christmas tree.
We also said hi to the animals in the Macy's adoption window. The night in the city was really beautiful. This time of year is the most wonderful time we find.
Back home then we had a great dinner and a cozy evening.
Monday mom was not feeling well and I wasn't either. Well, today we are fine.
We mainly stayed in bed in the morning, did knitting and watched "The Waltons" :D
Mom got up around noon and took us on a nice long walk. That was cool. The rest of the day was really nice. We ended up not going to Yoga. I think we are going to class on Thursday instead.
Today, Tuesday we got up early and drove to the Golden Gate Park where we took a 3 hour walk. We met a few people we knew and a guy, who walked his cat! We said hi to her. She was really brave and sweet. Back home mom started shivering and freezing. So we crawled under a blanket on the couch and cranked up the heat. Like totally cranked it up. I think it was set for 85 degrees O_O It felt good. Jojo, mom and I fell asleep for 10 minutes. Once mom woke up, she was fine *weird* Then we continued with the knitting. Mom had to undo the cardigan. It was so cool, but mom had no more wool and there is no more of this kind *dang* That was ok, though. Mom just decided to make scarfs with different patterns out of the yarn. They look really nice. In Germany mom and dad will go visit a friend, who has a huge room full of yarn. Mom gets her stuff from there. The lady is so very nice.
Well, there is still time for making a cardigan. Mom could re-do it in Germany.
Other than that all is well :o)
Happy woofs to you from all of us..
