Arrival Story:
Kaia was adopted from the Albany Humane Society. She was originally found as a stray, and the first family who adopted her returned her to the shelter. Kaia was hard to miss with those big silly ears, and she was such a sweetheart we had to take her home! She is a "mystery mutt", inspiring everyone who meets her to speculate as to her ancestry. She was a wonderful playmate and friend for Rain in her last months with us before going to the Rainbow Bridge.

Bio:
Kaia has been accepted into MBDCA and AMBOR. These are great clubs to join if you have a mutt - they allow you to compete in agility, obedience, and other competitions. Kaia was voted "Most Improved" dog in her first obedience class. She has learned how to dog scooter with her brother Loki, and she just loves it!
