The Dad asked the Mom what she wanted to do for Mother's Day tomorrow. The Mom didn't want to hang around the house waiting for her #1 son NOT to come over (grrrrrr). The Dad asked her if she wanted to go out to a restaurant to eat, or out to a movie? The Mom said, "no, let's do something that we can do with Dixie". :D

So, the plan is a long drive to the southern suburbs to drop off some new baby gifts. The Dad, the Mom and me. If the weather is good, a short hike in one of the area's many forrest preserves. Then we are all going to go to eat. At the Mom's favorite drive-in. Sonic. We don't have a Sonic by us (they won't build one in the big bad city of Chicago--grrrrrrr) so it will be a nice long car ride for me. And then Sonic shakes for the Mom and the Dad, and burgers for EVERYONE! Woooooohoooooo. What a great idea, don't cha think? Mother's Day burgers...
