Where I live, there are lots of furry nice places where doggies can run off-leash. Two of my favfurites are Fort Funston (we call it Fort Fun!) and Crissy Field. They both have beaches, and also trails and open spaces fur playing and fetching and stuff. Bazillions of doggies and their pawrents go there all year round. It's wonderfur!
I hope the pawrents win also! We need a place to run and have a good time. Not Fair! ~Anya I hope the peeps win too, why they have to mess up a good thing!! There are so many places where us dogaloos are not allowed. Why do they hafta try to take away a couple more?! Hope it works out the dogs can stay and be off leash! I hope the peeps win because us doggies need some place to run off leash. Hope it all works out in favor of the doggies. I still can't understand why dogs aren't allowed in places when they allow human puppies. Some of those human puppies behave very badly, and cause all kinds of problems. Apparently it's mostly the bird-watchers that don't like us. A lot of doggies do chase birdies. But the birdies have thousands of miles of coastline to enjoy. We have a couple of miles. It just doesn't seem fair. Momma an' me, Zaidie, sawded 'bout dat on da teebee, Hershey! We hope dat da doggies win! I hope the dogs win!!! It seems they are the main ones who use those parks, they should be allowed to stay!!!. Over here, we can go places, but have to be on leash. Maybe a compromise would be dogs on leash still allowed????? We do have a few dog parks that are fenced, so they can let us off leash. Zaidie, you saw that on TV in Canadia??!!!! Pepper, they may allow leashed doggies, but I can go on leash at home. Off-leash is what makes the beaches and trails fun fur doggies. Shur did, Hershey!! Bud it wuz on CNN :D!!! We ged WOTZA 'merican channels on our teebee! We hope the hoomans win Hersh! Doggies need fun places to run and be free and the birds can fly away if they don't want to be caught! The hoomans can drive all up and down the coast to see the birds they like to watch but they should instead watch you doggies running free cuzz that's more fun for you and them! That's all we're sayin', Lexi! BOL!!! I sure hope your space will be allowed to remain an off leash place of fun...if the beach/parks are that big, surely a small space as you already have wouldn't harm anything? Sounds like someone is a doggy hater who is doing this...GRRR! I agree with DFB on those human puppies. They can be real bad, screaming it up and even though I'm good and quiet I can't go where they go. Unfair! Unbelievable how man's best friend gets treated...Our State Parks here do not allow us to exist either...Huggs! By the way lil' hoomans can be more distructive off leash than us on one....shruggs!!! BOL!!! Our State Parks don't like doggies, either, Harley. I can't even go ON leash except in a parking lot or picnic site. GRRRRRRRRRR! |
