Arrival Story:
I was in Petco and they had a book of dogs they were trying to find homes for. On the first page there is this little one eyed dog that is 8 years old. I thought, "how sad! who is going to adopt a one eyed 8 year old dog????" So I started to check on her. When I went to the shelter they told me that she had issues. I told them I'd take her to therapy then. I LOVED THIS DOG!! Sweet little baby girl!

Bio:
Update: It is with deep sadness that I report that Coco passed away after her second chance at life with me. What a joy it is to me that I opened that Petco book and was able to have her with me for 6 wonderful years. Little Coco suffered a stroke about 1 year ago and has been in declining health. I had been hand feeding her and she had to be diapered. I felt so badly about these things but still felt that she wanted to be here. I saw all of her joys go, one by one. I promised her that if she ever started to suffer I would let her go to the Rainbow bridge. After a night and a day of agonizing pain I took her in to our wonderful vet, Dr. Candy who gently told me that it was time. I take comfort in the fact that I believe our Creator reunites us with our beloved pets...and I loved her dearly. Coco was 14.

All My Wonderful Friends Here!

Just today Mama was in the kitchen making her lunch and she looked at a copy of "The Rainbow Bridge" she has on the refrigerator. She cried and asked God to please send her a sign that I was okay and at a place like the Rainbow Bridge. I know I'm okay - but Mama gets sad. So Mama goes to her messages at Dogster and angel Daisy had sent her a picture of me here at the Rainbow Bridge with two eyes and my beautiful wings! So mama cried and thanked God, and is so happy that I'm here with all these wonderful friends! I always overheard her say to the other two-legs that there was no such thing as coincidences!
