Best Tricks: She opens drawers and can unzipper luggage
Arrival Story: I am a dog trainer and Lucy was a client that suffered from fear aggression. She was owned by a lovely family that just didn't have time for her and kept her caged up most of the day. She was overly energetic and destructive. Training was going well but the owners didn't have time to put into her training and they asked if I would like to adopt her. I took her home to my husband, my German Shepherd and two step kids. I worked on her fear and she used some of her energy playing with my Shepherd. Today Lucy is a calm, relaxed and confident girl. She's trusting and loving and little toddlers could even put their hands in her mouth and she just loves every moment of the attention. She has a wonderfully calming effect on anxious and fearful dogs and now has a job as my therapy dog for clients who suffer from these behavioral problems.
