Arrival Story:
Vets call me, my bro and sisters a miracle of life. We were in our mom's belly when she was badly hurted by a car, the driver ran away and left her lying on the floor, calling desperatly for help. She was heard by our human mom, who took her to the vets. It seemed that day there was no hope for her, then the first miracle happened: she woke up. Our canine mom had her hips and one femur broken, and one of her hips was over her spine; despite it all, with a lot of cares she walked again. No one noticed then she was pregnant, vets were all concentrated in saving our mom's life. One morning our canine mom was lying near our human mom and she noticed her belly was too big for her, she was still recovering from her difficult life on the streets. She touched mom's belly and thought there were some puppies inside; she took mom to the vets, and yes, confirmed, 6 puppies were there, and all were alive! After a few weeks our human mom was called by our human sis: Rosy (our canine mom) was breathing shortly and her belly had become hard to touch. Mom rushed her to the vets, no way for Rosy to give us birth, a cesarean was necessary. So we arrived to this world helped by our vets (thanks a lot, Raul!), and since Rosy needed a lot of rest, they asked mom to pick up all of us and feed us!!! She and my sisters were terrified!!! Six four hours old puppies to feed for one day every 4 hours!!! Of course they didn't sleep that night, and next day mom went to pick up Rosy to the vets and brought her home. At the beggining Rosy was a little confused about us, but mom convinced her we were her puppies, and she became a wonderful canine mom to us. Now I live with her and a large canine pack in a big house with a big garden, and let me tell you a secret...my human mom just ADORES me!!!
