fenced in yard!

Hi, everyone keep your paws crossed for my mom-she is looking at
a small house for rent with a large fenced in backyard. It would be so good for my legs not to have to go up 3 flights of steps to our apartment! Not to mention my little boy would have a yard to play in!
Oh, to feel clean green grass under my paws again!!!

Lunch out with friend

Hi! I had a wonderful surprise today! My friend Manuela came over
for my thursday afternoon walk and my mom came home from work!
We took a nice walk to Panera bread for lunch. I got a cup of ice cubes to slobber over and the bacon slices from my mom's sandwich!
yummy! yummy!! I liked greeting people as they entered and exited
the restaurant. Some folks stopped to pet me and I got to smell
what they had in their bag for lunch!! My mom said we are going to go there more often because a lot of business men are there for lunch!! If there is some bacon in the deal for me -I'm in!!

3 year anniversary!!

Hello all!! Today I celebrated my 3rd anniversary of being cancer free
since my diagnosis with lymphoma! I went for a ride in the car-
that was just cleaned too! My mom stopped at McDonald's and got some lunch and I got to eat all of the french fries!! We had a picnic
at the park before going to the dog park. I swam in the river, made some new dog buddies, and got a nice walk too! I got really dirty at the park so we stopped at the groomers for a bath. I had a visit
with my vet -I am her poster dog for other doggies and kitties
that get the same diagnosis. She shares my story and I gave her lots of kisses for it. I just had my dinner and after a stroll I am in for a nice LONG nap....after all I am a ol' girl! What a day of loving and time with my mom!!! Goodnight!!!

What a day!! I woke up early to a lovely walk and breakfast.
My mom and my boy left for work and grandma's house.
Something about the cheap dog store cookies bothered my
stomach and I threw up on the living room rug. It was not too long and everyone came home to clean it up and take me outside.
I ate a bit of dinner and I feel better. I got a good brushing and
lots of love and kisses. My mom gets scared when I get sick-
it's that ol' cancer thing that she worries about. I'm only getting better not older!!!

what a day!

Today I got to take a nice walk following my boy on his bike.
He really rides fast and it is great that I am able to sort of keep up.
When we came home he gave me a hug and told me that he loved me.
Those moments make me a happy dog indeed and the walk ensures me a great nights sleep!!
