A squirel with a death wish ran in front of the team. Lycos was in lead and he tried to take the whole team up the tree after it ;-)

Arrival Story:
Lycos came from Iditarod Champion Jeff King's kennel as a yearling started leader.

Bio:
Lycos has a great ability to find a blown in trail in a strom. And he tells me when he isn't sure so we can work it out. The first two Iditarods we went over Rainy Pass in a blizzard and Lycos was in lead. Who better than a search engine to find the trail ;-)
