Arrival Story: We went and got Gidget out of the shelter 1 hour before she was to be put to sleep. She was only about 8 weeks old and fit into the palm of my hand. She is a chi/yorkie mix and is as cute and sweet as she can be.She was found with 4 other siblings wrapped in a blanket and left to die. She was then taken to the shelter, I can't imagine why the people did this and why the shelter would put her to sleep. Luckly all her siblings were adopted in time. When I went to get her out my plans were to save her life, get her spayed, up to date on shots and then adopt her out to a loving forever home. But it didn't work that way, she was at the house 2 days and my husband informed me that "his little gidgie girl wasn't going anywhere" She had found her forever home here with us..
