"Hi, my name is Carla. I am a BEE-YOU-TEE-FUL, one-year-old Australian Shepherd-Heeler Mix, looking for an active family and a playmate. I get along with dogs of all sizes and love to play chase, tug and wrestle. I also like children and I am very gentle with them. My favorite place is in their lap licking their face. Being a mix of two working breeds, I am not a couch potato. I like to stay busy. Laying around the house all day is not for me. I need a family who can keep up with me. My foster Mom says I would make a good performance dog in dog sports like agility or flyball because I can outrun any of her dogs. I am fast, energetic and smart. Mom says I am very trainable and fun to be around. I am spayed, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. I respond to my name, know how to sit and walk nicely on leash.
