Yesterday Skye came to help Mom do the kennel. Then, she and her friend had a mini yardsale. Would you believe she NEVER even came and said hello to me??? She didn't even listen when I was crying to her when she came in the house. I couldn't believe it... she should have at least let me help with the yard sale!!!!!
Mom says it's cuz she is growing up now and has her own friends in High School. She says they are more important than a mere dog. A MERE DOG?????? Does my Mom think I am a MERE DOG???
Anyway, Mom said she would play with us today and maybe even take us for a kayak ride IF the wind stops blowing so much. It is MUCH cooler outside so we can go play out there again. It won't be the same without my Skye!!!

i'm pretty surprised she didn't use you to lure in customers, given you are such an attention grabber.
i hope she reads how upset you are! (probably too busy with her pals and homework though so don't count on it)
you could always give her a phone call; teen age girls love to yack on the phone!
or maybe they 'text' these days? :)

Mom won't let me use the phone anymore. There was the little matter of those extra 15 hours of calls one month....she said enough was enough! And, she doesn't know how to text. Hmmm.
