My headache, part two....

First of all, I want to thank all of you for your kind expressions of good health and for your gifts. Yes, my headache is much better this evening. There is still a pretty big bump there, but it's not quite as red and the burning pain is now a dull thumping. Who would have ever dreamed a tiny, little TICK could cause such a huge bump and such pain??? I have way more respect for Chaz now... remember he had over a dozen of those ticks when he went down to CT this Summer? Or, maybe he is just more dense than me?? I don't remember seeing any swollen bumps on him. I do, however, remember Beanie crying and crying when he had those TWO ticks on his ear.
Anyway, Mom put some more medicine on my head tonight, then she took me for a little ride up town. That sure helped, although the bright lights kind of made my eye water on the side where the bite is. Right now Beanie is gently licking my poor head... that is helping, too. I am sure I will probably be fully recovered within the next day or so. Probably just in time to go down to the big yard again on Sunday and find another tick or two??? Mom remembered tonight that the ticks were down there last Fall, too! Great timing, Mom!!!
