Arrival Story:
My husband and I had lost a 10 month old huskey that was very close to us. He was hit by a car and no one bothered to stop and help or let myself or our neighbors know what had happend. Before Wiley ( our huskey ), was hit, my husband was hooking up a woman's cable, as he works for a cable company, and she had these adorable Alaskan malamutes that she was selling. We decided not to get one even though I almost cried because they were so cute, but our other dog was not good with little animals ( cats, puppies, ect. ) So we knew that she had puppies but it just wasn't the right time for another one. A week goes by and our huskey was hit and died. We were quite upset for about 2 weeks straight so we decided to get out of the house because it was to quiet and headed to florida for a week. When we got back, we were doing alot better with our huskey situation to the point were we decided to try another puppy. We went on a website to see if there were any dogs available and we spotted that the alaskan malamutes were still for sale so we hopped in our car and drove about 3 miles up the road! She suprisingly still had 3 females left so we spent a good 2 hours with them to decide which one we wanted and the prettiest one was way to curious lol. There was a very shy one and we didnt want that. And then there was Mya .... She stole my heart came to us the whole time and just plopped her butt everywhere we walked her. She was so cute she had to come home with us that night. She cost us a pretty penny being an AKC registered pure-breed, but every penny was well worth it !

Can't Hold A Thing

Last night she had pooped in our room when we were sleeping. She learned to hide it in the closet so we wouldnt find it and we thought she was being soooo good till we found it lol she is a pretty smart puppy. I call my Husband later that day to see how she was doing cause I was at work and he said member the dog poop up stairs? Thats NOTHING ! She had seemed to poop in her crate and roll around in it so my husband took about an hour trying to clean her up lol. She will learn soon ...............We Hope !
