Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Birthday: November 15th 2005
Likes: He enjoys being mum's shadow & playing "Tug-o-War" with his squeak toys! He loves fresh, warm laundry straight out of the dryer. He sniffs, jumps into it & lies down. There's no getting him up!

Pet-Peeves: He dislikes being picked up or being carried about. He especially dislikes the top of his head being stroked or when one blows on his ears or face.

Favorite Toy: A tiny, plush, yellow duck/squeak toy and a frog squeak toy.

Favorite Food: He loves his Flint River Ranch dry kibble and especially his treats: Natures Variety freeze dried liver and Merrick Flossies! The majority of their diet is "prepared" food, fresh every day. He loves shredded chicken breast, carrots and brown rice!

Favorite Walk: He's not one much for walking. However, he greatly enjoys the comfort and familiarity of his own yard ...

Best Tricks: Mr. Big is an actor!. We say, "Who's shy...Who's shy Mr. Big?" Then, he begins wigglin' around, flat on his tummy... covering his eyes with his little paws and peeks up to make sure were watching-Of course!!

Arrival Story: We had bought our first puppy, Sinclair in Oct. of 2005. Soon after...3 months to be precise, we decided Sinclair needed a "pet" of his own. The new baby was named, Mr. Big. Big was purchased from the same breeder (never again). Needless to say, the kid has a few "Issues". Some genetic health issues & emotional/behavioral issues--Whew!
The Dog Whisperer-Cesar Millan says, "You may not always get the pet you want, but you always get the pet you need".
Mr. Big has taught us much, indeed. We are truly blessed!

I hope this entry makes sense. I'm still trembling from earlier today.
First of all, thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! Surgery was over just before 2pm (2.5hrs). All went as planned. Both knees, 2 pins in each and repaired torn ACL. We didn't get to see him, but his nurse took a few photos. He's in an incubator for now, probably 'til tomorrow. We're hoping he'll get to come home on Wed. or Thurs. He had an epidural, so I'm sure right now, he's not feeling much pain. Otherwise, in the days to follow he'll be in a great deal of pain, but they'll be giving him other narcotics to help keep him comfortable. The next couple of days are gonna feel like an eternity! However, I'm so thankful...the worst is over.
Again, thank you all ;o)
