Arrival Story:
Ellie was found on Jan. 31 2008 when a friend was walking her dog and saw what she thought was a dead dog in a snow bank. Ellie was extremely emaciated and very near death. She took her home and as soon as I learned of this little dog I knew she had to come home to us - she saw the vet, she gained weight, she flourished and 22 days later she was on a plane to cross the continent to come home. We will forever be grateful to Libby for finding Ellie, nursing her back to health and then letting her come home to us.
