Arrival Story:
I've always grown up with Saluki’s. The thought of getting another breed of dog was a totally alien idea; especially the suggestion of getting a Standard Poodle. I always envisioned those horrible haircuts in dog shows...
So we went to speak with a couple of breeders, and when a litter was ready, we went to go visit. Einstein approached us RIGHT away wagging his tail & came and collapsed on my little brothers lap (not something a Saluki would ever do). So we always say- he really picked us out. Ever since then we've been totally charmed. He's delightful & delicious! Not something I expected...
Bio:
We weren’t looking for a show dog. Einstein turned out to be perfect because he was the runt of the litter. He also had gotten a small spider bite on his nose when he was a puppy and it left a little scar so the breeder couldn't keep him even if she wanted to show him. I can't explain in words what wonderful dogs Standard Poodles are and we are so lucky to have him.
