Sad Day

Kind of ironic as mom was over at Schnauzer's Rule, surfing the games. She gets a phone call from one of her good co-workers. She has a 6 yr old puggle named Tiger. He has been real sick off and on, good days, bad days. Well today his momma took him to the dogtor again and his tummy either had a mass or is turning inside out. His momma asked the advice of the dogtor and they both agreed that they should let him go to Rainbow Bridge. Sooo tomorrow on Mom's Day they are going to take him out of his pain and suffering. They are gonna wait till then so that his 2 legged brothers can see him one last time. She is gonna spend the rest of the day today and all tomorrow till evening with him. She is so sad and my momma so sad for her. But they know in their hearts that this is the best decision. Rest in Peace, my friend, Tiger. We love you!

I got to meet my best buddy, Harley Davidson!!

I have to apologize for getting this entry in late, my typist has really been under the weather, boy oh boy. Last Saturday, my pal, Harley and his momma came to my house. They stayed for 4 WHOLE days and it was the best ever!! We just acted like we had been furiends furever. We sniffed and smelled and stomped and played. We tried on each other's clothes and snuggled by each other's mommas. It don't get much better than that, pals!! We gots to go to PetSmart and show our guests around a bit. Me and my family are sooooo looking forward to their next visit and we was sad when they had to go home. We also want to thank Dogster for giving us the opportunity to meet such a wonderful family!! I even shared my daddy and my favorite spot with my bestest buddy! We even ate each other's foods and Harley brought us special treats, even for my big brother, Cash, who is, you know, Sophie Claire's boypup. Oh brudder! What a GRAND time we all had and I wouldn't trade it, even for a real bone!!

I almost forgot...yesterday morn, we woke up to about 3" of the white stuff on the ground!!! yes, I said the "s" word. It is way to early for that stuff!

Well, I just have to say that I am glad that the 4th has come and gone for another year! I just don't understand why people go outside and watch the sky when it sounds like there are people shooting at us!#@! I just don't get it, do you? I really don't think I am the only dog that thinks this way, am I? I really don't want to be a party pooper but I told dad and mom that I would stay inside cause I was tired. (a little white lie..I was scared to DEATH!) Well maybe if I could read a little history in the history books, it would be more clear. Better go brush up on my reading skills.. now where did I put my reading glasses?
