Arrival Story:
Rusty is a Chihuahua mix and is the sweetest guy you'll ever meet! He is about 6.9 pounds and is trying to gain some much needed weight! He is SUCH a lap dog, and even loves to run around some. He is just so sweet, he loves to snuggle, give kisses, and just be loved. He is available through a rescue I work with, and he needs a forever home soon! Rusty is a little shy at first, but warms up fast, and then will never leave your lap! Please help find this sweet little guy a forever home, he deserves it!
I was taken to a shelter because my owner was allergic to dogs! I am housebroken, get along with other dogs, and I love love love to snuggle and lay on my foster mom's and dad's lap. I must not have been fed well before because I am awfully skinny, but my foster mom says that from now on I will never go hungry again! I am so happy-- I love my food and I'm trying to gain weight so I can look handsome for my new owner! I am a really sweet, soft, lovable guy who is a little shy at first, but once I warm up I will want to be on your lap forever! I am kinda young, and have those cute puppy features that makes my foster mom melt. My foster mom says I am so sweet and cute I will find a forever home real soon!

update! I got ADOPTED Tonight!!!! Mommy is so happy for me and so sad for her, she can't stop crying. She hopes Ill be ok........she loves me so much...

I wish someone would adopt me.....all i wanna do is love on you, give kisses and be your permanent lap dog! I love laps, and arms, and well, anywhere you'll let me lay and snuggle! I am a little skinny cause I wasn't fed good, and sometimes I even get fearful at meal times, I dont know what happened to me before I got rescued! Now Im in this great place with other dogs to play with and the best part, two laps to snuggle on! Where else would I lay???? I am so sweet, and I just want to love you even more than you love me. Will you be my forever parent?
