Arrival Story:
Got him in Mexico while vacationing there for the winter. There were over 15 dogs, and Checkers was one of three puppies (Him being the chubbiest and most playful). I fell in love him and couldn't leave him there, so here we are!

Bio:
Checkers isn't exactly the most behaved dog, but he does obey commands (if they treats are good enough!). He's also a very fast learner. He loves running back and forth, chasing balls and flying frisbees, barking at cats (and some strangers, unfortunately), and he's always up for some food.
