Likes:
Faith loves attention. She always wants someone petting her and cannot help but run up to you if she even catches you taking a small glimpse at her. All in all, she believes that she is one big puppy.
Pet-Peeves:
The only pet peeve Faith appears to have is being around people she does not know. She'll get very skittish and sometimes aggresive, unfortunately.
Favorite Toy:
Actually, she has two. They are both squeaky, stuffed toys. One is Ducky, which is, yes, a duck. The other is Slappy, a little pink squirrel. She loves to chew and sleep with them both.
Favorite Food:
Faith enjoys Pedigree cuts, mainly beef stew.
Favorite Walk:
Faith's favorite walks are around the town with my mom, generally really early in the morning. Whenever I take her for walks, she always seems to take delight in going down by the river, fetching sticks that I throw into the water.
Best Tricks:
Faith is excellent at sitting and shaking, though I am most impressed with her playing dead when I emulate a gun with my fingers and say "bang".
Arrival Story:
I went and adopted Faith from a pound on my tenth birthday, where she was in a crate with three of her siblings. To be honest, I didn't even want Faith at first - it was her brother that I had my eye on. In the end, though, my parents convinced me to get her instead, and I think I made the right decision. I couldn't ask for a better dog.
The moment I knew that Faith was the dog for me, was the night of when I got her. I was sitting on the floor, talking to my parents casually when Faith strolled up towards me, back when she was nothing but a small pile of fluff. She made her way onto my lap, laid her head down on my leg, closed her eyes and made a small, happy mewl as she went to sleep on me. I knew from that moment that she was and would forever be my baby.
She is my first dog, and I cannot see myself with a second.
