 Quick Bio:
Likes: I sure do love that kitty, Stella! She will try and run from me but I always find her.. unless she runs under the doggie gate. She'll taunt me from the other side but I'll get her one of these days! I also really love playing tug.

Pet-Peeves: Well, I really don't love having my bones or food taken away. I grumble a bit. Mommy and Daddy say I'm a "bad dog" when I do those things. I've started learning that if I don't grumble at them.. I get BETTER food like summer sausage and dog treats!!

Favorite Toy: Bones, stuffies, rope toys. Really, I enjoy anything I can put in my mouth, like Mommy's blankets, socks, clothes, the kitty, my dog bed, etc.

Favorite Food: EVERYTHING! I even like the squirrel poop in the backyard!

Favorite Walk: Minnehaha Off-Leash Dog Park. The park across the street from our house is fun too but there isn't as much to SMELL!

Best Tricks: Sit, Down, Bangbang. I'm still learning!

Arrival Story: We rescued Remy through ARottaLove, a Minnesota-based Rottweiler and Pit Bull rescue organization. He was previously owned by a guy who didn't seem to have any time for him. (Gosh, you'd think people who think about that BEFORE they adopt a dog.) He was bounced around for a bit and landed in our house.
A few days after we started fostering him, he showed us JUST how possessive he is over toys. He promptly swallowed a small tennis ball while we tried to get it away from him. $1200 later and we've got ourselves a doofy, tennis-ball free Rottweiler. Needless to say, he no longer gets any small toys; they end up being far too expensive. With his adoption fee waived ... plus $1200, we're happy to call Remy ours.
Through a lot of time, love, and leadership.. Remy will soon be the dog he was born to be.

Mommy had to get some work done today. Usually while she's working, I pester her and pester her until she drops everything and plays with me. Things happened a bit differently today.
It started with a car ride to PetSmart. Gosh, I do really love car rides! As we were walking in, I made a new friend. He asked my Mommy if he could pet me. She made me sit (ugh!) and then said it was alright. Me and the little guy bonded instantly. He followed us around and helped Mommy pick out a yummy bone for me. When we left, this little guy gave me a big hug and kiss. I couldn't help but give him a slobbery kiss to remember me by!
And boy, he knows how to pick bones. Now while Mommy works, I can chew away at my bone!
