There's a baby in the house..

Terre came back with Cookie and they have a little one with them, I was so excited, Terre sat in the big chair where grandma always sits and had the little one in his arms so I sat at his feet and stared at him, making sure he didn't drop her. Then the little one was asleep upstairs and Cookie asked me to go check on her I ran to the stairs and looked up and looked at Cookie so she knew I was going to take care of the little one, then I went upstairs and stood by the big bed and looked over to make sure the little one was still there. Little ones are so fun...

sigh....

mommy's still not back, I heard her voice in that thing grandma put next to my head... but I can't see her... we still listen for the bus... i like laying down on the floor with mommy, grandma can't do that she won't be able to get up if she does, she has a hard enough time trying to get up from the stairs when she sits on those....

i've been sleeping on the stairs

waiting for my mommy to come back, i miss my mommy, but i can wait on the stairs for her to come back... I hope granma gives me cheese tomorrow...

A strange smell woke me up this morning, I turned over to see if it was Baloo, but it turns out it was just me. Hmmm, I need a bath, mommy said she was going to give us one yesterday but she never did, oh well, not like i'm looking forward to it anyway. I always try to find the best hiding place when it's bath time, but there's so much stuff under the beds I have to push my way through. Mommy doesn't seem to understand that in the dog world you need to smell, smells tell me apart from the other mutt down the street, who I was checking out yesterday morning, he's kinda on the thin side though, his mommy should feed him toast sometime too.
