I would also like to beg you if you have any used service dog stuff you’d like to get rid of, please message us. We are always looking for supplies, and toys. If it’s not something I need, mom passes it on to the next Service Dog in need. She never-ever resale’s it, but we get asked that a lot. Mom knows so many needy people and SDs we can always find a home for used dog stuff. We are even having a yard sale next month to buy another service dog some Rx food. He can’t eat meat so he has to eat this ZD stuff. Well I hope to hear from you. Keep up the good work.

Working Hard

I passed my international assistance test in June ’08. I can work almost anywhere now. I really love my job. I feel like I’m on-call 24/7 but to be honest I lay about and nap most of the time. When mom is at her volunteer job, she sits at a desk talking to all kinds of people with different disabilities. I use to get up and look every time a new people came in the office, now I just open my eyes and look at them. Once I’m sure everything is safe I go back to my nap or playing with my Kong toy. She helps any where from 4 to 10 hours so I get bored sometimes and start to bug her. Then she takes a brake and I get a short walk for fun, (not a hurry-up ‘go-potty’) walk. We have a new thing we have been doing to, mom and I walk to real-work I still have to lay in the back while she gets the café ready, but it’s no big deal we are only there for 2hr. The fun part is at the end of the week mom gets paid and she takes me to Safe-Way where everyone LOVES me, and I get fresh meat. Mom cooks it of course; she is kind of a germ-o-phob. So I get boiled or grilled meat….OMG is that good!
