Finally after all the months of searching and all the almost adopts mum found me a new brother today. A week ago she went to the shelter and saw a new litter of cattle dog mix pups that had just come in that morning. Mum instantly fell in love with one called Nick, the little brown and white one. She checked the website every few hours every day to check that he was still available.
This morning was the day and at 10am mum went down to the shelter. There he was sleeping belly up in the kennel. Mum brought him out of the kennel and played with him on the grass. He is a puppy that likes to explore. He didnt like to be picked up, just wanted to run around on the grass and sniff.
Mum is about to go pick him up and she hopes that we get along well. She thinks he'll be a little scared at first considering my size but should warm up to me. I'm jealous that he gets to sleep inside though.
