I got a spider bite the other day and my eye swelled up to the size of an egg....
Mama knows all about these bites because Hendrix has had a few in his lifetime...

Mama phoned the vet and let them know what happened and asked if she could give me 50mg's of antihistamine and if it doesn't go down by the next morning, she'd bring me in...

The bite never bothered me very much at all...
Mama put a cold cloth compress on my eye when ever she could and gave me a pill sandwich.
Those are the best ever and Hendrix even got cheese too....
By the morning, my eye was completely back to normal.
Mama gave me one of those pills twice that day, every 7 hours...

I don't think, I'll be looking under that big old chair anymore?
BOL....

I'll post a picture of my eye later today, if we have time.....
