I'm almost ready

Yesterday was a big day for me. Mom gave me a heart worm preventative for the first time. See, I had heart worms and then I went away and got a shot and now 4 wks later I am OK, and the nasty worms are dead. Mom says I am going to get a heart worm pill every month now, like my friends, and I will be safe from those nasty things. I like that idea. It's not fun being sick. Mom said in 2 weeks I am going to adoption day and I can wait for me forever family to come there and find me. She says I am going to find a family fast because I am so cute and sweet. hehehe She loves me a lot. I love her too. She held me when I felt sick and still does when I just want to cuddle. Ya, I've come a long way from being dropped off on that lonely road in that big ditch. Woooo I was so scared. I never want to be left like that again..... Mom promised me that will not happen to me ever again. :)
