Updates!

I haven't been able to get online for a bit, but things are getting better now so I should be around more. I miss all my friends and my Lilly Bug! How you been Diesel? Herbs? Chaddy? and everypug else cuz I knows I is missing a lot!
We are getting a new foster tomorrow or this weekend. He is a shitzoo or sumfin like dat and he likes kids and other doggies. He is small so maybe I can beat on him! BOL! just kidding.... he has been bounced around a lot so mommy is gonna gibs him lots of loving and Bella and I are going to be nice and pway wif him. So he is coming to our house instead of the shelter. Bella remembers the shelter very well and it is not a fun place!
Another update: On October 15th, Bella and I start our Canine Good Citizen Training. The last class is the Canine Good Citizen Test!!! My trainer only opened da class up to certain dogs who she felt had the skills to pass. Oh yeah, I gots skillz baby! BOL! The trainer told mommy she has to work with Bella a little bit more before class starts. BOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, one more update- I am so pugcited dat Travis and Presley won Greatest American Dog!!! (If Laurie and Andrew won it I would have been happy too, but I didn't want JD & Galaxy to win) Mommy thinks Travis is a "cutie"....barf.....BOL!!!!

Tonight is my graduation from puppy class. I am very pugcited. Momma says I'm gonna get something called a "diploma" and my human sister, cousins, aunties and grandma will also be coming! Momma said dat dis means I am going to get to go to da intermediate class. Yay!

Cold White Stuff

The other day I woke up and mommy and Julie seemed very excited as they took me to the sliding glass door to the backyard. Mommy had her cell camera. I thought something was up. Then they pulled the curtains back and I couldn't believe my eyes! The WHOLE backyard had turned white!!!There was white stuff everywhere, even in the trees!
Mommy opened the door and I was a little scared. So mommy lifted me out the door and onto the deck. Julie said "It's snow, Bradley!".......so...now I knew what the other doggies in the PuppyBago were talking about! Julie started running around in the backyard and I was so excited, I followed her, keeping right up!
I was having fun for about 5 minutes... then my paws felt cold.... they felt so cold that they started to hurt! I wanted to go inside!!
Once inside, mommy held my paws to warm them up. I have decided that I like snow. But only for about 5 minutes.

I like my forever home....

My life has changed so much...... and I like it! My new home has a big backyard. I love to run around in it. I live with mommy and Julie. They are my new family and they love me so much! I get to sleep on my mommy's bed. I have decided that when I wake up in the morning, usually around 5am, it's fun to give mommy lots and lots of kisses on her face! She wakes up a little and looks tired and says "Bradley, it's so early you silly puglet! The alarm doesn't go off for two more hours" and then she scratches my belly to help me go back to sleep. I love that! So in only a few days I have trained my mommy to give me belly scratches at 5 in the morning!

At last...... I have a forever home!

This morning the RV (aka the "PuppyBago") stopped. We were in a town called Warren. We were in Warren, Rhode Island and I was going to meet my new family! There was a lot of noise as all us dogs started barking. We were all so excited! After what seemed like eternity, the side door of the RV opened and a lady picked up "Lover Boy", and took him out side to meet his new family. Not too long after I could here someone mention my name and my crate was opened and I was lifted out and carried over to the door. Waiting right outside the door was my new mommy! She had a little girl with her. They both looked so happy and I was placed in my new mommy's arms. I was soooooo happy! But I started to feel scared, and it seemed so cold so I started shaking a little. My mommy hugged me and that helped keep me warm. A lady took a picture of the 3 of us and there was some talking and then we went to my mommy's car. I got lots of kisses and hugs and I found out the little girls name is Julie. Julie sat in the backseat and mommy placed me on her lap for the ride back. Mommy turned the heat on and I started to feel warm. Before we went home, mommy had to take Julie to a place called "kindergarten". Mommy didn't want to leave me in the car so she carried me in. The ride home from there was a short one and when we pulled into the driveway mommy said "Here we are Bradley, this is your new home!"
There were toys, food and water waiting for me. I wasn't hungry or thirsty, but I did want to explore my new home! I did a lot of sniffing and then I saw my mommy sit down on the couch. I followed her and she picked me up and I sat next to her while she patted my head and scratched under my ears. The scratching felt so nice that I started to close my eyes halfway! I started to feel sleepy so I rested my head on mommy's lap and closed my eyes. Mommy leaned over and kissed me..... I feel so loved.

Can't Wait til Tomorrow Morning!

woof! This is a very long ride! Much longer than any other ride I have been on. Every so often we stop and all us doggies can go outside and use the bathroom. I like that because I can stretch my little puglet legs. Sometimes we are even taken for a walk when we stop. That is very fun! The only complaint I have is that it would be nice to look out the window.
I have a lot of time to think while on my journey to my forever home. I keep thinking bout what my new life is going to be like. My new mommy will be waiting for me tomorrow morning. I heard that she used to have a black pug. So it's good to know that she likes pugs! Wait a second- if she didn't like pugs she wouldn't be adopting me! doh!
I overheard 2 dogs talking a few crates down from me. They said that our forever homes are in a place where it snows in the winter. Sometimes people do things like make snow angels, go sledding and even make a snowman! I want to see snow! I want to jump in it! And....what I want to do most is....to make a snowpug!

Good Bye Arkansas...... I'm on my way to my forever home!

Today I began my journey. I heard someone say that it was going to be a long ride. All the way to a place called Rhode Island. I don't mind a long ride though- because I am on my way to meet my new family, finally I will have a forever home! woof!
There are other dogs in here too. They are going to their forever homes so we are all excited. My sister and brother are even here too, going to forever homes.
The nice people that have taken care of us call us "rescue dogs" and they were petting me a lot this week and telling me I have been adopted and will have a forever home soon. I'm not sure what adopted means, but the way people were talking it definitely sounds like a good thing.
I DO know what a forever home means. It means I will not be "temporarily" staying somewhere anymore. It means I will have a real home. It means I am going to be part of a family. And I can't wait!
