So I've been meaning to write, but I've been so busy with my new babies and my new toys I haven't had time. Daddy took me to the store just like he promised and we brought Mommy and Sam with us too. Sam got a little soft squeaky bone just like a little baby! Haha. He's such a big baby. You should hear him griping about the cold in the morning.
Anyway. I got so many cool toys that I've been trying to get Mommy to play with me all day but she's gotta get some work done or she says she won't have any money for more bones, so I'll let her work. Meanwhile, I'll tell you about all the cool tuggy toys I got. First off, I got a new fleece tug toy because my other one wasn't very stretchy any more and kind of stinks. Tug of war is like my new favorite thing. I like it even better than The Dot. Okay, well maybe not MORE than The Dot because chasing The Dot is pretty freakin' fun.
I like having fun. Especially with Daddy. Oooh Daddy got me another big bird with rope legs and a squeaky belly. He must have seen how much I miss my parrot that MOM threw away. Anyway, I love my new birdie because it's got so many cool parts. I already chewed out its neck and took the stuffing out. That's my favorite part about new toys - unstuffing!! Well, I also like the squeaking. I love squeakies!
Which reminds me, I also got a new squeaky tennis ball, but that didn't last too long. I mean, the ball is still in good shape but Mom says I broke the squeaker. She didn't sound too upset. Anytime the stupid office phone would ring she'd make me and my squeaky ball go outside.
Then Mommy got me and Sam some new treats. They taste like chicken liver but they're kinda sticky like the tootsie rolls Daddy snuck me at Halloween that he thought Mommy didn't see. Seems like they're too tough for Sam so that means more for me!! He's on a diet anyway.
Speaking of Sam, I think I'll go wake him up and see if he wants to play. Later!
