Likes: TOYS. In a close 2nd would come food. Pet-Peeves: When her brother isn't ready to play or when he gets protective of his treats! Favorite Toy: Her rope (that has disappeared) and her squeeky balls (the only toys she HAS NOT eaten)! Favorite Food: Anything that's not in her food dish! Favorite Walk: anywhere outside of the house! And it must have dog smells! Best Tricks: Lay down. She jumps down to the floor - I'm supprised her ribs haven't cracked or been badly bruised yet! Arrival Story: My husband and I were walking through the pound one day. We were just about to leave after circling the pound a couple times - and then we saw her! She was just to cute to pass up. Her and Tundra got along really well at the pound- so we got to take her home! Bio: HYPER doesn't begin to explain this dog. Neither does AGILE or FAST. If that doesn't tell you everything, then I don't know what does! Forums Motto: Hello, will you play with me?? NOW?! The Groups I'm In: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BRING BLUE HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, "Black-and-tan Dogz of the world", ♥~Husky ♥ers 4~Ever~♥, ♥All Fur Fun♥, *~*The Fun Run*~*, FANCYPANTS CAFE, All dog united!, Anti-Vick Campaign, Colorado Springs play group, Dogs in Washington, Just Outside of Husky Heaven, Lakewood Puppy Pals, Million Dog March, Mountaineering dogs!, Muddy paws!, Mutts mutts mutts & more mutts!, Puget Sound Pups, Puyallup Dogs, The Bone Hiders, ~~~*♥Dog Park USA♥*~~~ Other stuff!!!: Sahara has been a very exciting dog to have in our family. We originally got her to give Tundra some company during the days while we were at work, and they've become pretty close! They sleep in the dogloo together and eat together quite often! If one stops playing to drink, so will the other, and they'll continue to keep going! She admires anyone around her that will pick up a toy, and would sell her soul for a life-long supply of treats if she could!
Please see www.siberiansneedingowners.org for more then the information I will give here. Recently, WA was flooded with a couple husky puppy mills (~40+ pups) that were in such poor shape, estimates for vet bills are around 40-50 THOUSAND. Not to mention most of the rescues are pretty much at capacity to begin with. They are in financial need right now to get these starving pups back to normal, as most are starved, sick and many are injured. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated!!! THANK YOU FOR READING!

My mom for a long time has hated a lot of dog laws, and now that we're looking at moving - we're unfortunately looking at moving to a fairly not-so-dog-friendly area. Me having my brindle coat - people automatically assume I'm pit bull. I could be - but Mom thinks more like a boxer! I am definitely almost all lab - personality especially. My mom and I could rant about this for days on end. People are so scared of me at the dog park - but once they realize I'm probably the friendliest dog there, they are okay around me, but still cautious. I've NEVER been caused or initiated any bad behavior (other than going to the bathroom in the house). Not only this, neither of us believe it's the breed causing the problem - it's THE OWNERS. This is where the "Guns don't kill people, I do" slogan comes in. Labrador's are also known for a high prey drive, and poodles too! That's one thing that makes them such good hunting dogs. But no body is afraid of a hunting dog. So why are they getting punished for a high prey drive and not breeds like me?? They shouldn't be punished at all - it should be their owners. Mom was searching through www.petfriendly.com and found a couple good websites that she wanted me to pass on.
