Mom just learned about this tradition last year after Sheba went to the bridge, but now it's an annual one fur her to do something in our honor. We don't know who started the tradition of releasing balloons which have fur angel's names on them and a pawsonal note inside. Mom wanted to do the balloons, but didn't get the bio-degradable ones so she did something to beautify the back yard. It will always remind her of us too and ya know what!?? She knows we was all supervising her activities....me, Sheba, Miracle, Peppy and Cricket was right there watching! We just knowed them day lilies is gonna be so purty!! It's a new kind that my mom decided to get after talking with my special pal who visited our house fur Thanksgiving 2008. She made me feel so special too cuz she called me "handsome" and she bought me a special doggie toy that you put those plastic bottles inside. What a cool friend!!

Anyhoo...the day lilies is gonna be not only purty, but are gonna have a fragrant smell. We also have roses too...mine is white!! Aaarooo...I barked about that when she got it...Sheba and Miracle's are pretty pink roses. Their roses bushes each had one pink bloom on them yesterday and they is still blooming today. Isn't that cool?!
