Passover was fun

We had Passover Seder at our house. We had a lot of people over. It was fun. My Poppa cooked a lot of food. Chicken, lamb, kugal, matzo ball soup and gefilte fish! Yum...I liked the lamb the best. I got to wear my new ruffled collar with roses on it. I look pretty in my picture with my Uncle Babaganoush. That's him and me in my pictures...he is goofy sometimes.
During Passover, the Prophet Elijah came to our house. I saw him..but it is a secret...he drank a little wine and left to go to another Seder. I hope everyone else who had a Seder enjoyed it as much as we enjoted ours.

"Mrs. Walker" (Part 2)

Well I just found out the name of the woman who walks real fast. Her name is Nancy. Does that mean her name is Nancy Walker, like the famous actress who player Rhoda's mom on TV?

Darn I forgot to ask her what her last name was.

Well still it is better than Mrs. Flasher.

My Fireplace

There is something about my fireplace. I don't know what it is but there is something there. Lately I have spending many waking hours just staring at it for hours on end. My Poppa thinks I am waiting for Santa. But we are Jewish and besides Christmas was over a month ago.

Maybe it is because last year at our old house I saved a little bird that somehow found it's way down the chimney. I barked and whimpered until my Daddy and AuntPhoebe helped free it and let it fly away. Daddy said I was a hero because I saved the little birds' life.

The nice thing is that now I make sure that the fireplace is clear and nothing is inside before we make a fire. Then I cozy up and warm myself on cold nights. Ahhh...I like my fireplace.
