Arrival Story:
Punky and her brothers and sisters were rescued by a reporter we used to work with. She found the puppies, along with their mother, in an electrical room in a less favorable part of miami. Their mother was very sick and full of mange. It was more than likely they were being abused by someone in the neighborhood. Punky's mother had to be put down but her litter survived and were subsequently adopted by different owners. We took Punky home in November of 2002.
