My Bridge Anniversary!

On Dec. 10th, which was yesterday was my 2 year Bridge Anniversary. Which also happens to be My Mama's Birthday. I didn't wan't Mama to be sad this year, so I visited her, on her Birthday when she was eating her Birthday Cake! How I did this, I had Rosie, Mama's Rottie, go into the Kitchen where she was, and lift her left Paw up in the air, for atleast a minute, just like I always use to do. Rosie has never done this before. Mama knew it was me and was very overwhelmed but felt very comforted.

I went my whole life on earth, that is 16 years as a single Lady! Then when I come to the Rainbow Bridge, I found the most handsome and loving creature on earth! His name is Rowdy, and I love him so much! Never knew love could feel like like this!

I was chosen Administrator of the Week!

Hi All My Friends,

Today has been a good day. I was chosen Administrator of the week over at the Three Amigo's group! It is the best group, I love all my friends there and miss them dearly. I have been at the Rainbow Bridge now for over a year.

My friend Winnie the Pooh sent me a dozen red roses for my page, which touched my Mama's heart so deeply, and also mine. Thank you my friend!

Mama has been missing me lately. Thank you all my friends!

It's My Birthday!

Today I would have been 17 years old. I went to the Rainbow Bridge last year on Mama's Birthday, Dec. 10th. Today Mama is a little emotional, she misses me.

Mama don't cry, I am doing good, and watching over you. I will always be with you.

Holidays

Well Mom made it through the holidays. It was rough on her without me. I miss and Love you Mom. I love it up here on the Rainbow Bridge, making so many new new friends. I have so much more energy now, and I can eat as musch as I want. This is definately HEAVEN!

Ivisited Mom a couple of days before Christmas. Once everyone was in bed, I walked around the house to make sure everyone was ok. This gave alot of peace to Mom.

Last Day

Yesterday I went to the Rainbow bridge. It was my Mom's birthday too, so it was a very sad day for my family.

My Mom buried me near a tree, placed my bed, blanket and my favorite snowman toy with me. On my marker she put my picture and collar there. And then she planted 16 tulips all around me which will bloom in the spring time. I know I was loved dearly by my family, and I will miss them very much.

Mom please don't cry, I will be ok. I have got my health, strength and energy, like when I was a puppy.

I know the past few months have been hard in taking care of me, due to my kidney failure and then having all but two of my teeth pulled.

You did all you could, and I love you for it.

Vet Appointment

Hi All,

This is Amber's Mommy. She does not have access to a computer, so I thought I would let you know how she is doing. She went to the vet today, and found a couple things wrong. One she has an abcess tooth, which is causing her not to eat. To they took her BUN level, which is to check her Kidney function since she is suffering from Kidney failure. Her levels are off the scale. Normal would be no higher than 27, and it is at 90.

The vet stated they needed to do surgery to pull the tooth, since it is not loose enough, which is very risky in her condition. The vet stated we may loose her during the operation, but we will loose her if levels continue to go up. The reason why they went up, is because she hasn't been able to eat or drink lately. So we have had a very rough day, trying to make the right decision.

Amber is staying at the Vets, getting IV fluids for a couple of days and antibiotics. We have decided to go ahead with the surgery, it will be Wednesday. I will send Amber all your love!

I Got hurt:(

The other night when I was trying to eat my dinner, one of my big doggie pals went for my food, and I didn't want to give it up. I got attcked and was bit a few times on the right side of my head, above and below my eye. I was bleeding everywhere and crying. Mom cleaned me up the best she could, and gave me some SubQ Fluids. She then put me under a electic blanket on her bed to keep me warm. I went to the vet the next morning, and they said I was ok, and cleaned my wounds. I didn't need any stitches, that was a good thing. But I sure do hurt. I have to take antibiotics for a few days. My Mom is worried about me for I won't eat. I just don't have the energy. Please pray for me.
