I found this poor little matted malti-poo on pet-finder. I contacted the owner and made arrangements to get her. She was 3 hours away from me but I got in the car the Saturday before Christmas and took off. When I got there, I knew there was no way I could leave her there. She was so pitifully not taken care of. They told me she was a year and a half old and had already had 2 litters. They assured me I could get plenty of pups out of her and make a lot of money. They just couldn't "use" her anymore because she was mixed and didn't throw good enough for their standards. I paid them the 50 dollars, and took off. I stopped once I was away from there and got her out of the kennel, popped a capstar in her mouth, loved her a whole bunch and never looked back. I got her fixed as soon as I could and could never ask for a more obendient, loving dog. I was told that I would be her 3rd home and I will be her last mommy. I coudln't part with her if I wanted to. Our February STAFU DOTM, Bella Paige is missing. We are all so heartbroken over this. She is a wonderful and supportive pup and her mother Annette is sick with worry, as are we all.
