Quick Bio:

Well if you can't tell already... I love to eat! But now mom has me on a strict diet and excercise routine... I also like getting brushed and running outside... oh and sleeping!!!

Well I have these new things called brothers. Cosmo is ok, but that Scruffy... Boy! What a rambunctious pup he is! I hate it when he interrupts my naps with his incessant barking. Oh, and his stepping on my paws doesn't thrill me too much either!

Favorite Toy:
Toy? Toys are for kids! I prefer taking nice long naps in my new comfy bed. I do enjoy watching Cosmo and Scruffy get into scuffles! Now thats entertainment!

Favorite Food:
Hmmm... didn't we go through this? I eat everything! My old owner gave me ham hocks, collard greens, barbecue chips and candy...and thats only the thing she told mommy... (she stopped talking after she saw mommies disgusted face!)

Favorite Walk:
I'm still new to this walk thing and although, I must admit I love it, I haven't really been anywhere. Recently, we went to a local park and I was let off leash. That was some good old fashioned fun! Who ever knew that excercising could be so exciting?

Best Tricks:
No tricks yet, although mom is an advent believer that old dogs CAN learn new tricks. So far, I know how to bark when I'm hungry, I know how to bark when I want to go outside, and I know how to bark right when mom starts to fall asleep! BOL!

Arrival Story:
I was living with this lady who treated me very badly and kept me dirty all the time. About 6 months ago, another lady came along and took me away from my owner, but she didn't treat me much better. She never gave me a bath, she never took me for a walk, and she fed me junk food like chips and candy!! Then this lady realized she couldn't take proper care of me... No duh! So she set out looking for another home for me. She tried giving me away to a bunch of people but since I was dirty and overweight, no one wanted me. She discussed her plight with one of her friends, who had a wonderful idea! His sons girlfriend loved dogs and she even had a pomeranian! He called this "girlfriend" and she came and saw me. When she found out how I was being treated and what I was eating, she took me right away and promised me that even if she couldn't keep me herself, she would find me a wonderful home! Well that girlfriend is my now mommy and I've been here for two weeks, and she hasn't started looking for another home... and I am pretty darn comfortable!! So Hi Dogster, I'm here to stay!!!

Mom doesn't know much about my background. She thinks that I'm a senior pom because of my bad teeth, but that could also be because of the diet that I was on. She also said that I'm overweight, and since I'm older, thats very bad for my health!

Have a Heart and Help Save Casper!!!

From Casper's diary:

**HQ Approved** **HQ Approved** **HQ Approved**

i am a proud owner of 5 Pomeranian's but i have trouble with my little 6 month old Casper (he will be 7 months as of Aug 28/2008)...
Casper has been diagnosed with heart problems about 3 weeks ago… after seeing 3 different vet's that gave me 3 different opinions I decided to do a EKG (Electrocardiogram or also known as Ultra sound).
I was Hoping that it was nothing major and it's something that he can grow out of…
Well I was wrong, Casper needs a operation… he's got PULMONIC STENOSIS…
Casper unfortunately has severe stenosis… that's why his heart murmur sounds so loud and that's why the first vet evaluated him at a grade 6 murmur . The right artery is barely pumping blood into his heart; he is in risk of his heart enlarging on the right side, and then cardiac arrest, or even sudden death..

He needs the operation as soon as possible I am hoping to get it done by mid September (the procedure that he needs done is Balloon angioplasty) … his heart is only going to be able to take it for so long… I don't have much time, the vet told me I have no more than 2 months before it gets even worse… and it’s been already almost a month.
i Really need help from all you animal lovers out there... i can't afford this procedure on my own I am currently trying to raise money for Caspers Heart Procedure...
The procedure is $3500…
I feel so heart broken over this whole ordeal, as he is just a little baby and still have many years to live one…
If there's anyone that's willing to help me, please make a donation to save Casper's life…any donation will be greatly appreciated..
I don't ask for much any donation will help... as little as 1$ to 10$ can save him....
Thank you for taking the time to read this

Gobble, Gobble! I've been TAGGED! Thanksgiving style!!

Yay! I've been tagged for the first time. Thanks to my handsome pal Pippin!

Here are the rules: Because it's Thanksgiving time, there is a change to the rules. Each player needs to tell seven things they are Thankful for. Tagged dogs must post the rules in their diary and their 7 things. Then choose 7 pups to tag and list their names. Let them know by pawmail or rosette that they have been tagged and to read your diary for the instructions on how to play.

I am most thankful for this Thanksgiving season:

1-My new mom who feed me good, healthy food.
2-All my new wonderful furfriends on Dogster who make me feel so welcome.
3-My mommys feet that she lets me play with in the morning.
4-The yummy treats that Harley and his mom sent us! Yum!
5-Grandpa for not getting annoyed with my constant barking
6-My new warm bed that keeps me snuggly buggly at night.
7-Though I hate to admit it, my furbro's Cosmo and Scruffy who tolerate my grumpiness.

This is who I have tagged:

My New Home!

Hi everyone,
I've finally moved up in life and got a Dogster page!! I also got a brand new family who loves me so much even though I've been here a short while.
Let me introduce myself, my new name is Mr. Chewbacca Chubbs. Chewie for short. The lady who used to have me called me MooMoo and her husband called me Pooch, so I've never really had a name that is my own. I caught onto Chewie after only one day and I come happily when called. Mom said she was a lil wary about taking in a senior dog, but she said she could not be happier with me and she would do it all over again. She paper trained me in under a day and I've slipped easily into her daily routine.
When I first got here, I weighed about 10 pounds. All I wanted to do was eat whatever the humans would eat and I slept for hours straight. After my first walk with Cosmo and Scruffy, I was a little more active and walked around the apartment more. I even ate that cardboard kibble mom gave me. She mixed in some soft food and it tasted pretty good. It wasn't ham hocks and collard greens but it will suffice.
I get along pretty well with my furbro's and we haven't had one fight. Cosmo even shares my bed with me at night. I don't mind. Scruffy is a little rough for me though. He's so big and clumsy, he smushes my paws when he tries to play with me.
I'm a very happy pom! Today we went to the park for the first time and mom let me off leash. I ran fairly quickly with Cosmo and Scruffy and I behaved very well. When we got home, I got a bath and I got blowdried. I love being blow dried. That surprised mom because none of her other babies like being blowdried. They hate it.
Well I'm going to take a nap now!!
