Arrival Story:
Bit was Shadow's smallest baby, and had a sad face she seemed to have on eyeliner she was so sweet, we knew she was going to stay we planned on keeping one not to take all Shadow's babies away and leave her with none (she was such a great mom). Little Bit and Shadow were never apart from sun bathing to sleeping or just sitting on the couch looking out the window, where Mama went Bit went what Mama did Bit did too!
Bit loves any toys that made noise she wastes no time in "fixing them", she has a way of finding the squeaker inside and either rips it out of the toy or somehow bites it so her tooth goes into it and stops it from working, her best time is about 5 minutes!
Bit wasn't the same girl after her mom went to the rainbow bridge, she got very quiet, our neighbor told me that everyday for about a month he could here Bit and Mcears howling in the morning after we left for work and throughout the day after Shadow passed away.
Now that Mush is gone also, Bit won't go outside without me or her Papa she wimpers on and off , she doesn't want to be alone and at times she won't eat unless I hand feed her, she just wants to be sure she's not alone. She's ok with Echo and Honey but I guess they aren't her REAL family!
Bit maybe 11 now but she's my Bitski baby!

I stood by your bed last night ...I came to have a peep.
I could see that you'd been crying,and you found it hard to sleep.
I whined to you softly as you brushed away a tear, "It's me. I haven't left you. I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here".
I was close to you at breakfast... I watched you pour your tea.
You were thinking of the many times your hands reached down to touch me.
I was with you at my grave today... you tend to it with such care.
I want to reassure you. That I'm not lying there.
I walked you towards the house as you fumbled for the key.
I gently put my paw on you...I smiled and said, "it's me".
You looked so tired as you sank into your chair.
I tried so hard to let you know that I was sitting there.
It's wonderful for me to be so near you everyday,
To say to you with certainty, "I never went away".
You sat there quietly, then smiled... I think you knew
That in the stillness of the evening I was very close to you.
And when the time is right for you to cross the brief divide,
I'll rush across to meet you and we'll stand there side by side.
I have so many things to show you ! There's so much for you to see.
Be patient, live your journey out, then come home to be with me.

Bit has a respatory issue for a while nothing seemed to help her, Bit passed away in her sleep last night 12/6/08, she's now with her mama and sisters.
The last two days she had a hard time breathing but she didn't suffer .
I'm going to miss my "Bit" we were a team we had each other after we lost her mama 4 years 5 months ago, we both missed her like no one will ever know just how much.
Now I'm alone my original family has left me, now I need to learn how to live without them this won't be easy.
Bit was born in this house and left from this house she will be at Abbey Glen and be returned home with in aweek, Bit will be placed in the same Urn with her mama where they will remain together forever.
Please pray for my Bit
