Birthday:
April 28th 1993

Likes:
Daisy loved rides in the car, going to the state park, meeting new friends.

Pet-Peeves:
Bunnies in HER yard, Cody standing behind her when she was eating [he smurfed up his fast so he could hit on hers]

Favorite Toy:
Stuffed socks, kongs, rawhides

Favorite Food:
Anything she could get her hands on - she was a counter surfer!

Favorite Walk:
Pike Lake State Park

Best Tricks:
She was a princess, princesses don't DO tricks!

Arrival Story:
I went over to a friend's house for supper who just "happened" to have a litter of Dalmatians. I was aware my husband did NOT want any dogs as the kids just left the nest, i.e. freedom. Needless to say I was hopeful and before we left he asked me if I wanted one for an early birthday present. I immediately said yes before he changed his mind! I never expected that I would have every child within a one mile radius in my yard every day asking if Daisy could come out and play. Daisy loved everybody and they loved her.

Bio:
Daisy bonded with her "Daddy" instead of me and the two were inseparable. When Daisy's Daddy was hospitalized, Daisy was there by his side on his bed. Her Daddy went to heaven when she was a year old. Daisy mourned for him for months so I broke down and bought Cody to cheer her up. She was the Queen and Cody tip toed around her. Daisy went to the bridge in January 2005 just short of her 12th birthday.

Forums Motto:
Dottydog

Daisy Cont'd:
Daisy had solid jet black ears which were soft as velvet. She was very gentle with everyone EXCEPT bunnies. I never worried about her with babies or children - she was so good with them. She was dainty when she ate - not like Cody. Her best friend was Farley next door - they were the same age.
