I am a princess!

Hi, I am Candied Dapple Heidi, aka, pretty, pretty Kenya princess. You see I have a hand made beaded collar made from Kenya. Mommy got it from a cool store she used to work at called For Paws Bakery and Pet Spa. I used to go to work with her and be the belle of the ball. I love humans, they all love me too!
When mom and dad first got me I only weighed 3 1/4 pounds. I fit in the hand of my daddy. I have one blue eye, traditional of a dapple dachshund. Everyone loves my spots. Not too many Denver Doxies have them around here. Mommy loves taking my pictures and I love to have them taken! I will look at the camera and do something silly. I'm not dumb, I'll get a treat for it! Mostly mom gives out her love and kisses but I really, really want the "Chicken Bits". Your dog wants them too. I will learn anyhting for them, and they are the best training snack ever.
Now onto my buddy, Max. He is such a pain. He does everything I do, wants everything that I have and tries to take food and treats from me. When I go to see mom, he jumps right on my back to knock me down. Sometimes I start chasing him all around the house but mostly I will just bite his ear and foot, while pinning him down on the floor. Ha Ha. I love to perch on the very top of the couch and watch over the back yard. When daddy sits down, I crawl around his neck and kiss his face. He calls this the "puppy shawl". It's pretty special when I do this because I get kisses on my tummy and face and neck too. I lOVE LIFE!!!
