Arrival Story: I have wanted a Bulldog for as long as i can remember and after 37 years of waiting my wonderful finace said "get one" when i saw and advertisment in our local newspaper on June 25, 2007. Ever since that day Becca B has brought joy to our lives. She graduated from puppy school in September of 2007. Becca B is very well behaved (except when there is food around..hahaha) and she loves to meet people and she has a great disposition with other dogs. She is an absolute joy to have as part of our family.
In the beginning of February I moved to Toronto with my family as my daddy started a new job. I do miss my private back yard and my friends at the doggie park but i do like that my new backyard backs onto a conservation area and i have lots of new friends like deer, rabbits and wolves.
I am loving my life with mommy and daddy, they give me lots of treats and still let me sleep in the big bed with them. They dont always like it when i want to play at bed time, sometimes i have to go to my crate to settle down a bit.
life is good for Becca B., tomorrow mommy and daddy are taking me to a new doggie park in Toronto.
Today my Daddy took me for a car ride and whenwe stopped I was at a Doggie Park. I really enjoyed being let off of my leash and being able to play with some new doggie friends i made. I had a blast, but being a bulldog i was so tired when i got home. I ran straight to my water dish and then it was snoozy time for Becca B.
There was lots going on at the doggie park and lots of different types of doggies. People were playing fetch and all the doggies were playing with each other.
I can not wait to go back to the park again, i had lots of fun.
My Daddy tired something new and put some penut butter in my Kong and then he sat back and laughed at me as i tried to get the penut butter out of it. I dont know why Daddy would laugh at my missery and frustrtion. I cant believe that i cant tear apart the Kong, i can tear into tennis balls and other toys, but the kong, no way....i could smell the penut butter but i had trouble getting at it, but over time I won as I always do...If there is food around, i will find a way to get at it.
