Hi pals,
Things have been kind of crazy around the house lately. The humans continue to pack up stuff for daddy to haul to New Mexico when he leaves Saturday morning. We have boxes stacked up all over the place and it’s making momma nuts. She said something about she could never be a hoarder because there is no order to the mess.
Both buildings in New Mexico are up and all windows and doors have been installed on the exterior of them. Daddy ordered 600 2x4’s to be delivered to the property on Tuesday that will be used for the inside room framing.
Momma had her heart set on Olympics’ GENTEL DOE wall paint but guess what…there isn’t any paint stores close to our property that sells this brand of paint. There is an ACE Hardware and a HOME DEPOT in Gallup but neither of them sells Olympic paint. Daddy would have to drive all the way into Albuquerque which is 2 and a half hours one way to go to the Lowes store to get the paint color that momma wants. He said he would take the paint chip to the local HOME DEPOT and have them do a color match.
Momma picked out marble tiles for her kitchen counters that are called Cherry Blossom. She had daddy dig through the crate of tiles at the local Lowes store to find tiles with best veins on them. They have thin red, orange, yellow, gray and brown veins randomly through each tile. She said she is in love with those tiles and hope they are as pretty installed as they look in the box. The kitchen is going to have a huge island so momma wanted something with some color but nothing that was overwhelming. Our current house has black granite countertops thus making it difficult to see ants on it when they invade the house so this time momma insisted that they do a counter top that would be light enough to see any insects.
In other news, we encountered a problem on Dogster today. When momma was on the photo manager a red message appeared informing momma that she was at her limit of 133 photos and that she would have to mark one or more not to display., so momma started deleting some of the photos and as soon as one was removed the following message appeared:
Welcome to the Dogster Photo Manager where you can decorate photos, add captions, pick custom frames, re-order your photos, pick a new primary photo, make photos inactive, delete and add new photos. You may display up to 200 photos.
Please note that the Dogster message says we can display 200 photos so why did they make us remove some when we got to 133 photos? I’m suspecting ole Dogster is still suffering with FLEAS. And talking about updating photos, it sure is a pain in the paw to have to delete one photo at a time. It would be much nicer to be able to select multiple photos at one time to delete – are you taking note of this Dogster?
Well momma wants to pack some more stuff so I have to get off the computer.

Coco, I feel sad that you are soon to leave California. I worry that some evil bear or wolf of coyote might want to eat you for breakfast or that you might freeze in the winter.
I think I am going to worry about you and Puffy and Momma and Daddy until you can get back on the Internet.
I hope your momma gets to decorate everything like she wants it.

Hobo Dose Dogster fleas is no fun. And i's gonna have to be doing dat packing thing too momma says. COCO.. I HOPE MOMMY WILL POST PICS OF YOUR NEW HOME.. IT IS SO EXCITING !! ONE OF MY DOGSTER PALS WHO ISN'T ACTIVE ANYMORE MOVED TO NEWCOMB NEW MEXICO .. AND SHE TALKS ABOUT HAVING TO GO TO GALLUP.. COULD YOU BOTH BE NEIGHBORS .. MAYBE NOT TO FAR FROM EACH OTHER??? I JUST HOPE THEY HAVE INTERNET OUT THERE..BOL !! CAUSE WE WOULD MISS YOU AND PUFFY HORRIBLY ! sounds like you are all very busy with the move, can't wait to see the finished house though....
Im still having issues with Dogster, and not getting any notifications when someone comments...ugh!!! This is very exciting, but I also hope you have internet out here. The peeps had to get a special receiver mounted on the roof in order for us to have internet out here. Looking forward to seeing pictures of your new house! Mommy had planned to move south when Daddy retired which was a number of years ago. However, moving is so much work that she has not moved as of yet. I suspect she never will. I hope you are happy in your new home! Coco you should have seen my Mom pack if she felt it wasn't necessary she threw it away. She hates moving and hates packing. Also those tiles sound awesome. How exciting you are packing up to move!!! We are so happy for you!!! The tiles sound really pretty!!! Can't wait to see some pictures of ya'll at your new place!!!
