Arrival Story:
It was about two months after we lost our first corgi, Kirby, and i didn't think i could ever get another corgi again. My husband talked me into go looking at some puppies. He said it wouldn't hurt to just go take a look. So needless to say as soon as i saw Darby i fell in love with him and home we went with Darby in my lap.
Bio:
I'd say i'm a typical Corgi, i can be stubborn and headstrong at times, but i can be very sweet, too!
I love everyone i meet, i especially like kids cuz they're lots of fun to play with!

I enjoy living on a farm, i get to go out with mom and dad everyday to check on the livestock.....those cows don't scare me at all, but mom won't let me show them who's boss!
I love to go anywhere with mom and dad, they try and take me with them wherever they go!!! I'd have to say i'm a Happy Puppy:)

I'm what is called a Fluffy Corgi, which means i have a much longer coat of hair than a regular Corgi. It's considered a fault but mom says it just makes me that much more special :) Alot of people mistake me for a Sheltie cuz of the long hair but i'm all Corgi!!!

My cute Corgi song has gone missing from my page! It's done this before but always came back! I can't seem to find it anywhere...Waaaaaaa! What are my cute little corgi dancers gonna dance to now?!?! I love my song, cuz after all...I am the True Prince of Wales ;)

It's that time of year again that i make my yearly ritual to the dreaded groomers to have my summer trim. I knew the minute i stepped in the building what was coming, i tried my best to go the other way but was swiftly lifted up by the lady that clips me and taken to the back room. An hour later i emerged trimmed and smelling like some kind of perfume. I'm a boy doggie and do not appreciate smelling like a girl...I think i'm gonna go find something stinky to roll in so i can smell like a dog again!!
P.S. ~ Don't believe any of the rumors flying around that i whined the whole time i was getting trimmed!!
Mom is now going to humiliate me further by posting a couple pictures of my new do...

I just wanted to thank all my pals for helping me celebrate my 5th Barkday! I had a wonderful day, i played outside and kept the ornery critters away from my fence. Mom made me my Peanut butter and carrot cupcake with cottage cheese frosting...Yummy! Thank you all for the pressies and pmails, you are all the best pals i could ask for!
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend and thanks for all the eggs, too! Did i mention that eggs give me terrible gas.....BOL....Ppppphhhhhttttt!!!!
