Birthday: December 1st 2006 Likes: Being with his people Arrival Story: My, my - what a handsome and photogenic guy our Adam is! In addition to his obvious good looks, this boy is one smart cookie. Adam's foster mom is involved in agility and is a trainer, so Adam is already learning the basics. He is a well-socialized fellow, as well. Adam is great with children and with other dogs. In fact, a forever home with both would make him very happy. Adam is very calm and well-behaved in the car, so road trips are a breeze with him. Being a Lab mix, Adam needs to be a member of an active family, where he has plenty of opportunity each day to stretch his legs and play. Pretty much what every growing boy needs, right? This happy-go-lucky guy was born right around the first of the year (2007). He has a little bit of growing yet to do, but should top out around 60# or so. Adam needs an adopter who will participate with him in further obedience classes. This guy has the potential to be a star pupil and learn a lot. It would be a shame not to make the most of that brainpower. Most of all, Adam needs a forever home, where he can truly be a member of the family. He deserves a family who will make a commitment to him for life. Our $175 adoption fee helps offset the cost of the medical care Adam has received (neuter, worming, and 3 rounds of puppy boosters). Adam is also on monthly heartworm preventative and flea/tick control.
