Arrival Story:
Pet Partners of Habersham (a rescue group in Demorest, Georgia) received Sasha from a veterinarian's office in Oklahoma where her previous owner dropped her off, stating that he didn't want her any more. Her fearful cowering prompted questions at the office, and the evil man said he beat her for getting into the neighbors' trash. At the time of adoption, Sasha was a mere 55 pounds, all of it skin and bones.

Bio:
Sasha's new family has done tons of work to rehabilitate her from her previous abuse, and she has come a long way! She enjoys training and learning new stuff, and Sasha achieved her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) in February of 2004 at the Dogwood Training Academy.
