Arrival Story:
Willie was on his last day at a "kill shelter" (he'd been there 3 months) when we picked him up as a foster for another rescue agency. We just couldn't resist his great personality and sweet smile so we adopted him ourselves! A "failed foster" in the foster business. :) Since he's been with us he's earned his CGC certificate and is a registered therapy dog. I can't imagine why anyone would give this great guy up! He is proof that you can adopt a wonderful adult dog. He's also been an amazingly tolerant and sweet "big brother" to all of the foster dogs and cats (30+) that have come into our home (yes, some how we have resisted adopting more!) over the years.

Bio:
The first shelter I was at said I was a husky/shepherd mix. My family thinks I must have some other breeds mixed in too. They call me their all-american dog . What breeds do you see in me?
